Rachelle joined the firm in November 2025, bringing with her more than 20 years of well-rounded accounting experience. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has since built a diverse career that includes roles as a bookkeeper, tax preparer, and senior accountant. Her background has given her deep expertise in financial reporting, tax preparation, cleanup and reconstruction work, and client advisory services.

For nearly a decade, Rachelle owned and operated her own accounting practice, where she specialized in assisting small businesses with everything from startup planning and bookkeeping systems to tax strategy and financial organization. This experience strengthened her ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions with clarity, patience, and practical solutions. Rachelle prides herself on being thorough, approachable, and committed to making every client feel understood, supported, and well taken care of.

A lifelong resident of Illinois, Rachelle lives in central Illinois, just 16 miles from her childhood home. Staying close to her roots has allowed her children, Jenna and Jaxon, to attend the same school district she and their father once graduated from—something that has always been meaningful to her.

Outside the office, Rachelle enjoys spending quality time with her kids and friends, and finding simple moments of joy in everyday life. Her down-to-earth personality and genuine care for others shine through in both her personal and professional life.
